Once an affiliate qualifies for a commission tier, the applicable commission percentage will apply to all eligible sales generated during that calendar month.

5. Eligible Sales

 

Commissions are payable only on transactions that satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The order has been successfully processed.

• Full payment has been received.

• The order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.

• The purchase was made through the Company’s official website.

• The purchase used the affiliate’s assigned discount code.

 

Commission is calculated based on the net invoice value after deducting shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any refunded amounts.

6. Non-Eligible Sales

 

No commission will be paid on:

• Cancelled orders.

• Returned or refunded products.

• Internal Company purchases.

• Complimentary products, gifts, or free items.

• Purchases made by the affiliate using their own discount code.

• Transactions obtained through fraud or manipulation.

• Sales adjusted due to pricing errors or unauthorised discounts.

 

The Company reserves the right to exclude any transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Commission Payments

 

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month.

 

Commission payments will be made no later than the 10th day of the following month, once all eligible transactions have been verified.

Commission payments will only be made once the total commission balance reaches a minimum of IDR 100,000. Any unpaid balance below this threshold will be carried forward to the following month until the minimum payout amount is reached.

 

If any order is cancelled, refunded, or adjusted after commission has been paid, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payments.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

 

Affiliates must:

• Promote Anin Perfumery honestly, professionally, and responsibly.

• Protect the Company’s reputation and goodwill.

• Provide accurate and truthful product information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct all marketing activities ethically and responsibly.

 

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated statements about any product.

• Claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly approved in writing by the Company and permitted under applicable law.

• Represent themselves as an employee or authorised representative of the Company.

• Alter official selling prices without the Company’s prior written approval.

• Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices.

9. Intellectual Property

 

Affiliates may use the Company’s logos, product photographs, promotional materials, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting Anin Perfumery products.

 

Affiliates must not:

• Alter or modify the Company’s logos or brand identity.

• Create promotional materials that imply they are part of or officially represent the Company.

• Use copyrighted materials outside the scope of the Affiliate Programme.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Company.

10. Compliance with Advertising & Cosmetic Regulations

 

Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials comply with applicable advertising laws, consumer protection laws, and cosmetic regulations.

 

Affiliates may only use product descriptions, claims, and marketing materials that have been supplied or approved by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to require affiliates to amend or remove promotional materials that do not comply with Company guidelines or applicable laws.

11. Verification & Audit

 

The Company reserves the right to verify all transactions, customer orders, payment records, and affiliate promotional activities before approving commission payments.

 

Where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, commission payments may be withheld until the investigation has been completed.

12. Suspension or Termination

 

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s membership at any time if the affiliate:

• Commits fraud or manipulates transactions.

• Provides false information.

• Engages in misleading marketing practices.

• Damages or harms the Company’s reputation.

• Breaches these Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.

• Remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.

 

Termination does not affect the Company’s right to recover commissions previously paid on transactions subsequently determined to be invalid.

13. Relationship of the Parties

 

Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create an employment relationship between the affiliate and the Company.

 

Affiliates are independent marketing partners and are not entitled to:

• Salary or wages.

• Employee benefits.

• Health or employment insurance benefits.

• Pension contributions.

• Paid leave.

• Any other employment-related benefits.

 

Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions received, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Programme Changes

 

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Programme, commission structure, discount rates, or these Terms & Conditions at any time to meet business requirements.

 

Where reasonably practicable, the Company will provide prior notice before any such changes take effect.

15. Final Provisions

 

The Company’s decisions regarding affiliate approval, commission calculations, transaction validity, suspected breaches, programme eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.

By participating in the Anin Perfumery Affiliate Programme, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
